Rest Assured with StomaSured

A simple tool for a better seal.Designed to support peristomal skin health and consistent pouch adhesion.

Patent Pending | Designed & Tested in the USA

How it Works

The StomaSured tool applies even, consistent pressure for a cleaner, more secure seal, helping reduce edge lift and making pouch application easier for patients, caregivers, and clinicians alike.

Position the pouch

Place the ostomy pouch or wafer around the stoma, pressing lightly to make initial contact.

Place the tool

Align the StomaSured base over the adhesive area. The contoured shape fits comfortably around the stoma without touching it.

Apply pressure

Press down gently using the ergonomic handle. The tool distributes even pressure across the adhesive for a uniform seal.

Remove and go

Lift the tool straight up. The pouch remains in place adhered securely and evenly with minimal effort.

StomaSured was inspired by a personal need. My grandmother often struggled with achieving consistent peristomal adhesion when applying her ostomy pouch, which led to discomfort and unreliable seals.I designed this tool to help make that process easier—providing a more even, consistent way to apply pressure around the stoma without direct contact.StomaSured was developed for both clinical and at-home use, to bring greater ease and confidence to ostomy pouch application. Her experience reflects the intent behind this design.

TESTIMONY

"This tool greatly improved the adhesion time to as much as 7 days without leaking. The procedure was shown to home nursing staff and to rehab nurses... both stating that the tool should be on the market for others to purchase and use."

– CDR Joseph W. Evans, U.S. Coast Guard (Ret.)
